To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
This deposit ensures accommodation, transport, park entry fees, and other essential services are secured on your behalf.
The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferrable in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Bookings made within 30 days of the travel date require full payment at the time of confirmation.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the tour.
Failure to make the final payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
We accept the following methods of payment:
Bank Transfer (wire)
Credit/Debit Card (with applicable processing fees)
Online payment gateways (where applicable)
All payment instructions will be clearly communicated by our team once your invoice is issued.
All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed upon. If paying in another currency, the exchange rate on the day of payment will apply.
Clients are responsible for any bank charges, card processing fees, or international transaction costs associated with their payments.
For bookings made within 30 days before the start of the tour, full payment is required immediately to secure arrangements.
A copy of the payment confirmation (e.g., bank slip, transaction ID, screenshot) must be sent to our reservations team at info@amrealistictourandsafaris.com to finalize your booking.
