Welcome to Am Realistic Tour and Safaris. By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking and Confirmation
• A booking is accepted only after we receive a deposit and issue a written confirmation.
• Full payment must be received before the start of the tour, as specified in your invoice.
• It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate personal information during the booking process.

2. Payments
• A deposit of [25% – customizable] of the total tour cost is required upon booking.
• The balance must be paid [30 days – customizable] before the tour begins.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods specified on the invoice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following charges:
• More than 60 days before the tour: Full refund minus transaction charges
• 30–59 days before: 50% refund of the deposit
• Less than 30 days: No refund
• No refunds will be given for unused services or early departure from the tour.

4. Alterations by the Company
• Am Realistic Tour and Safaris reserves the right to change tour arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, government regulations).
• If a major change is necessary, we will notify clients as soon as possible and offer an alternative.

5. Client Responsibilities
• Clients must have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and vaccinations where required.
• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during the trip.
• Respect for local laws, cultures, and the environment is expected throughout the tour.

6. Travel Insurance
• Comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and lost luggage is strongly recommended.
• Am Realistic Tour and Safaris is not liable for any costs or losses arising from a lack of insurance.

7. Health and Fitness
• Clients should ensure they are physically fit for their chosen itinerary.
• Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.

8. Liability
• Am Realistic Tour and Safaris will take all reasonable care to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, but shall not be held liable for:
• Injury, illness, damage, or loss resulting from forces beyond our control
• Delays or changes caused by weather, war, civil unrest, or government action
• We act as agents for hotels, lodges, airlines, and other service providers and are not responsible for their actions.

9. Wildlife and Natural Encounters
• While we aim to provide the best wildlife experiences, sightings cannot be guaranteed.
• All wildlife interactions are to be conducted under the guidance of our professional tour guides for safety.

10. Complaints and Disputes
• Any dissatisfaction should be reported to the tour leader or guide immediately to allow corrective action.
• If unresolved, written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the tour’s conclusion.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
